- Firstly, marketing starts by understanding your customers. Once you understand them, you learn how to best talk to them and where to market to them. That’s how those all important relationships are built.
- Understand that marketing is an ongoing process, a daily process that you don’t give up on.
- Find where your customers are and then market to them. That’s where number one comes in, you understand your customers, find where they are and then build relationships with them by effectively marketing to them.
